This was an amazing few days led by Tony Stockwell, we investigated old buildings and sites in and around Hastings, we were taught how to differentiate between residual energy, and spirit energy. We used cameras, emf meters, tape recorders.When someone took a photo at Hastings Castle, there were 4 orbs surrounding me. The reason i am writing this is beacause of the bad image that some programmes on Tv put across, its nothing to do with screaming, or yelling as if someone is after you!. Lorraine Edwards who runs the Sea Spirit is a very gifted Medium, and she had prepared questions on each site, for us to corroborate what we were picking up, a very professional approach! We also dis seance and table tipping- for those sceptics out there it was a very real experience. The comfort and welcome provided by Lorraine and her husband Tony ( great food)!! made the few days even more pleasurable.

Dear Lorraine, Just wanted to say how much i enjoyed my stay with you, as you know i was apprehensive about coming, but within about half an hour my silly fears dissolved, and i really enjoyed everything. The course was so interesting, the people lovely, please thank Tony for the lovely food, and i shall certainly came again, and i have a friend who is really keen too. I sincerly hope you have lots and lots of success with your venture, i am sure you will as you have a really lovely way with you.

Dear Lorraine, I just needed to write and say a huge thank you and to in some way ' preserve' those enlightened moments we all shared, unfortunately i cannot find mere words that could possibly fully encompass these experiences so i want to say: YES it DID happen, YES it WAS extremely REAL and yes we did all witness each other discover a wonderful 'spiritual' awareness, in more ways than one. Each of us had our own profound experiences and some were slightly hysterical 'OH MY GOD MOMENTS. We laughed, we cried and laughed some more. I truly believe great inspiration comes from holding love deep in the heart. Lorraine & Tony are the 'heart' of The Sea Spirit and The Sea Spirit is truly inspirational
